We aim to respond to email enquiries within 24–48 hours. However, during busy periods, it may take us a little longer, but rest assured we will reply as soon as possible.
All bookings are handled through email to ensure we can track our conversations and help you build a tour that is truly special and tailor-made for you. Once everything has been confirmed and your booking finalised, we require a deposit payment equal to half of the total fee to secure tour preferred dates.
This deposit must be paid within two weeks of booking your tour. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour commences.
